• Packages ship via normal business mail 3-5 days. 
• Please allow us 48-72 hours to process your initial request. 
• Once order is received, we’ll give you a call to confirm order and process payment (we’ll call Monday if you place order over weekend). 
• Live close to one of our three JaK’s Grill locations? Skip the shipping fee and call your neighborhood JaK’s for availability and pick up in person.
